Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
Clients may cancel service orders within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. For physical watch purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition. Custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty. Please contact us for return authorization prior to sending any item back.
